How It Works

We will set everything up and deal with HMRC for routine enquiries on your behalf. Leaving you to just e-mail or telephone us your pay details on the agreed day. We will then process your payroll, producing the payslips and summary reports and e-mail all payroll documents via e-mail as PDF attachments – we will also e-mail the payslips direct to your employees.

Each month we will let you know how much you need to pay to HMRC. We will also produce your year end statutory returns, filing online.

Plain and simple…

We invoice at the end of each month, with the fee collected by monthly direct payment.

Auto Enrolment & The Pensions Regulator (TPR)

As your payroll agent, we are here to help you!

We will gladly register as your nominated secondary contact with The Pensions Regulator (TPR). This will enable us to receive copy of important TPR correspondence and deal with routine matters for you.

We will also complete your mandatory Declaration of Compliance. We will help arrange, set-up and manage ALL your ongoing auto enrolment responsibilities.

We are also registered as a ‘Delegate Organisation’ with NEST (National Employment Savings Trust) set-up by the Government, specifically for auto enrolment.
